I know what it feels like to be shuffled from one protocol to the next — trying everything, doing everything right, and still not getting better. I lived that, and I fought for my children through it. That experience changed everything about how I understand healing, and everything about why I do this work.

What I kept finding — in practice and personally — is that the problem isn't just medicine. The natural health world, the biohacking space, the wellness industry run the same pattern: isolated, synthetic compounds doing a drug action with different branding. What gets called "alternative" medicine is often just medicine insurance doesn't pay for. The symptoms get a name. The source — environment, biorhythms, emotional, structural, nutritional — is never touched.

This is not about rejecting medicine. It is about understanding what no single industry will teach you — so that every decision you make about your body is genuinely informed, and genuinely yours.
