This work is sacred
Society needs healthy people. Not managed people. Not medicated people going through the motions. Whole people — who have done the work on themselves, cleared what was in the way, and can show up fully for the people around them. That is not a personal project. It is a sacred one. The village only works when the people in it are actually well.
This program is not passive. It is not a course you consume and set aside. It is a rite of passage — an active, deliberate process of removing what was installed without your consent and returning to what was always yours. Nobody does it for you. That is the point.
The real problem
Willpower is a finite resource operating at the conscious level. Self-sabotage lives deeper — in the subconscious programming that runs approximately 95% of your daily behavior before your conscious mind ever weighs in. The programs were installed early. Through repetition, through media, through social pressure, through the school system, through the people who raised you — most of whom were also programmed.
The Undoctored approach starts where most coaching stops. It is not about adding more information to a list you already have. It is about identifying the programs running underneath your decisions — in your health, your relationships, your daily behavior — and replacing them with something that actually belongs to you.
Two decades of work in natural health has made one pattern unmistakable: people who know the most about what they need — in their body, in their relationships, in their lives — are often the ones most stuck. The gap between knowing and doing is not an information problem. It is a programming problem. That is what this work addresses.
What it looks like
You research. You don't act.
Hours of learning, minimal implementation. The knowledge becomes a substitute for the change.
You start. You stop.
A few good days, then the old pattern reasserts. The gap between intention and behavior widens with each cycle.
You give everything to others and nothing to yourself.
You make the changes when someone else needs them. The caretaker who won't be cared for. The practitioner who won't receive the same care they give.
You self-medicate what the environment created.
Alcohol, screens, food, stimulants, constant busyness — not weakness, but the subconscious reaching for something familiar to soothe what hasn't been addressed.
You stay stuck to stay connected.
This one is uncomfortable to see: staying sick, staying in the wrong relationship, staying small — these keep people close. The struggle draws concern. Resolving it can feel like isolation. The subconscious is not irrational — it is keeping you bonded to your tribe the only way it knows how.
You feel guilty instead of curious.
Guilt keeps you in the problem. Curiosity about the program that's running takes you out of it.
You choose the hard protocol over the hard truth.
Extreme diets, expensive devices, another self-help book, another program — anything that feels like action and avoids the actual pattern underneath.
You trim your own poppy.
Something keeps you at the tribal average — underperforming just enough to not be a target. Rising above the herd triggers a fear response that sends you back down. The subconscious calls it safety. Your body calls it stuck.
You can't explain why you keep doing it.
That is the clearest sign it isn't a conscious choice. Approximately 96% of daily behavior runs from subconscious programming installed before you were old enough to question it. You're watching yourself from outside the behavior because you are — the conscious you wasn't the one who made the decision.
Self-sabotage is not a malfunction. It is a survival-based adaptation mechanism — behavior installed in childhood to keep you bonded to the tribe, safe in the group, accepted by those you depended on. It worked then. It is costing you now. Recognizing the program is not self-criticism — it is the beginning of replacing it with something that actually belongs to you.
The patterns above are not random. They follow recognizable archetypes — the caretaker who never receives, the overachiever burning out for approval, the rebel creating chaos to feel seen, the people-pleaser with no core of their own, the person who stays stuck because changing would mean leaving people behind. These show up in health, in relationships, in how you move through the world. In coaching, naming the archetype is often enough to start the shift. Once you can see the program running in real time, you can begin consciously interfering with it.
The work
This is a structured 6-week intensive built around two things: the Undoctored knowledge base as the foundation, and the subconscious programming work drawn from certified self-sabotage coaching methodology as the engine. The same subconscious programs that derail your health decisions also run your relationship patterns and your daily behavior. The tracks are different — the work is the same.
Comprehensive Intake
Before the first session, you complete a detailed intake covering health history, current environment, relationship patterns, emotional history, daily habits, and what you understand about why you do what you do. This is not a checkbox form. It is a full picture that shapes everything that follows.
Curated Content Library
You receive access to the Undoctored content library — videos, articles, and supporting materials in a specific order, building the foundation of knowledge your coaching sessions will work with. This is not passive consumption. It is assigned curriculum with direct relevance to your intake.
Weekly Live Calls
Weekly live sessions with Allie. These are not passive — patterns get named, questions get answered, and the programming that comes up during the week gets addressed in real time.
1:1 Sessions with Allie
Private sessions where the individual pattern — yours specifically — gets the full attention it requires. Allie draws on a range of subconscious and somatic tools selected for what the individual needs. No two people are working on the same thing, even in the same program.
Discussion & Community
Access to a private discussion space during the program and beyond. A place to process between sessions — what came up, what shifted, what you're sitting with.

Individual Coaching · Remote
Singlehood has its own programming — about what's wrong with you, what you deserve, and who you're supposed to end up with. This track applies the Undoctored deprogramming framework to the patterns running before you're even in a relationship: what you're unconsciously signaling, who keeps showing up and why, and what genuinely healthy partnership actually requires you to bring first.

Individual & Joint Sessions · Remote
Each person does their own individual work first — their own patterns, their own programming, their own history. Then they come together in joint sessions to work on the partnership. Cheaper than divorce because it works at a different level than conflict management.

Your coach
Allie has been in practice since 2006 — beginning as a practitioner of natural health, then completing her doctorates — working with people across the full spectrum of chronic illness, hormonal disruption, neurological injury, autism, addiction, eating disorders, and environmental toxicity. Licensed as a tribal medicine practitioner, she has watched the same patterns repeat across thousands of encounters: people who know what they need, who cannot consistently give it to themselves, and who have been failed by systems that address symptoms without ever touching the program underneath.
She holds a Master's in Herbology, a Doctorate in Natural Medicine, and a Doctorate in Indigenous Medicine, and is a certified Jason Christoff Self-Sabotage Coach. She is the creator of the Whole Brain Intensive — her own integrated subconscious methodology developed through two decades of natural medicine work.
The Undoctored Coaching Program is the direct expression of everything her practice has taught her: that the knowledge is available, that the body has more capacity than most people are given credit for, and that what stands between a person and their health patterns is almost always a subconscious program — not a supplement, and not more information.
Questions
What does "application required" mean?
This program is not open enrollment. You submit an application, Allie reviews it, and if the fit is right you move to a brief intake conversation before acceptance. This protects both of you — the work is intensive and requires the right readiness to be useful.
What is the investment?
Investment is discussed upon acceptance. It is not listed publicly because the conversation about readiness comes first. If cost is a barrier, say so in the application — it is part of the conversation.
Do I need to have read everything on the Undoctored site first?
No. The curated content library is part of what you receive, in the order it is meant to be absorbed. You do not need prior knowledge — you need readiness to engage with what comes up.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and integrative wellness work. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment. If you are in active crisis or managing a diagnosed psychiatric condition, please ensure you have appropriate mental health support alongside this work.
What if I'm not in the US?
The Whole Brain Intensive requires in-person work. Other coaching sessions and the self-sabotage program can be conducted online. Time zone coordination is part of the intake conversation.
Can I join if I'm already a Kuleana member?
Yes — and the content library you already have access to is part of what the coaching program works with. Your existing familiarity with the material is an asset, not a barrier.
When can I start?
Start dates are set based on applications received. Submit your application and you will be contacted with current availability. Sessions are kept intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the work.
Ready to begin
Answer honestly — the more clearly you describe where you are, the better Allie can assess fit and, if accepted, shape the program around what you actually need. This is an initial application, not the full intake.
Coaching Application
You will receive a response within 3–5 business days. All applications are reviewed personally by Allie.
